……The Coyotes have lost offensive coordinator Josh Davis to Fresno State after 2 terrific seasons in Vermillion. Prior to that he was receivers coach at SDSU for 6 years……

…… Bob Nielson has named Tim Morrison and Matt Vitzthum as his replacement, so USD will have co-offensive coordinators. Tim was tight ends coach for USD this year and Matt was wide receivers coach. Morrison played his college football at Wartburg in Bob Nielson’s final year as head coach there.

The offensive Coordinators got some great news Thursday. Aidan Bouman announced on his Twitter page that he has unfinished business in Vermillion and will return for another season as signal caller for the Coyotes…..
Coach Entz grabs an assistant coach from the MVFC.

So one of this season’s top 3 MVFC teams will have a returning starter at QB - the Coyotes.

This is a significant development. Bouman, who already ranks 4th at USD in career passing yards and 5th in touchdown passes, will play one more season for the Coyotes. All indications during the season were that 2024 would be his final ride. Not so fast.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, I am back in the transfer portal as a graduate transfer looking for a home in January.
Had committed to the Jackrabbits in December, now re-entering the Transfer Portal

Ostroski recorded 8.5 sacks and 22.0 TFLs in 35 games at Tulsa. His father, Jerry, was an All-American O-Lineman there and went on to play 8 years for the Buffalo Bills.

Did not have a NDSU Offer yet, but had been on the Bison recruiting radar. His Dad played for NDSU.
Open season on trying to get Lincoln to flip to NDSU?

Would be nice but doesn't seem like NDSU has much interest. Too bad since his dad John is a former Bison center from the late 90s and early 2000s and he held offers from the other 3 Dakota schools plus Wyoming I believe.

He's signed his NLI as well which means they can't (legally) recruit him anymore unless he gets a release from it but, as we're finding out, there are no rules anymore in the NIL era or at least the NCAA has no ability to enforce them.
