Sure, the SEC and Big10 will do just about anything to claw every last red cent they can get out of athletics, but is the risk worth the reward? Sometimes a big, fat, greedy, stupid dragon is better off just sitting on their pile of gold instead of venturing out to steal the last silver piece from the local village.

Pffft! The "loyalty and culture" that was so good he decided to jump in the portal.
This makes me queasy but sooner or later NDSU is going to have to make an exception to their "once you go in the portal you're cut off" rule just like everyone else is for players who are that impactful.
