He's probably more of a 4 than a 5, another Feddersen/Krueser type player. I thought we were good in the front court, was hoping to still get some wing length but maybe this means Burke can slide down and play some of the 3 spot for us with 4 other bigs now on the roster. We definitely have the ability to play a much bigger lineup now than we did last year.
And yes, he very much is likely to bolt at the first chance at getting back to bigger conference ball but this is what college hoops has become. It's one year at a time, build the best roster you can for next season and roll with it because no matter what chances are you're doing the same thing again next year. My biggest concern is not that we can bring in talent, it's that Dave has never proven he can win without having guys on his roster with 3 or 4 years in his program, he should already be gone but he better figure out how to win now quickly or the heat will get much stronger. Adapt or die time.

North Dakota State, a football team the big boys of college football should avoid like the plague, helped christen a $90 million renovation to Snyder Family Stadium — including a statue of famed Kansas State coach Bill Snyder himself — by taking a sledgehammer to the place.Bob Lutz, The Wichita Eagle, August 30th, 2013
