Al Carlson is running for Fargo City Commission again. Hot Carl just won't give up after 5 straight losses

Al Carlson is endorsed by the Fargo Forum. John Strand also endorsed.

Daaayumm! if you know, you know.

Anyway, why the hell would the Forum want Al Carlson on the city commission? Is he going to demand that NDSU give the Forum a 40-acre campus for 40 acres of land somewhere else?

The reason the Forum gave for endorsing him was because of his stance on more police patrolling the streets.

He actually has the right approach on that but it's the police chiefs decision, not a commissioner. The Chief thinks it's ok for homeless drunks to break the law and blames the state for his weak leadership

This is where you and I part ways. I am so impressed with Chief Zibolski. He understands the dynamics of crime. He said it is not a crime to be homeless per se paraphrased)

You probably read the article on mental illness and the police response in Saturday's paper. I went over to the library to read it, and wow, we are lucky to have the Chief in Fargo.
