Indy, thoughts on the penalty for lining up over the long snapper?

Didn't see the replay but that's a pretty easy one to get. You can't be inside the shoulders of the snapper on the LOS. You can usually prevent it by moving the defender before the snap, but if the defense shifts right before the snap or a guy who's up into the gap right before the snap there isn't much you can do.

Roughing usually involves the plant leg or forcible contact into the body. Hitting the kick leg is usually just running into. When I saw that replay, I was pretty sure that would be running into.
