Let's Go Bison!!!
Minnesota gets its 9th victory of the season, taking out Nebraska (16-16)
78-75 in the 1st round of the Big Ten Tournament. Sam Griesel with a rough night shooting 4/13 but added 12 rebounds.
Watched the last 10 minutes of the game or so... he also had two crucial turnovers - one was a bogus offensive foul call with Nebraska down 2 and a minute to go and the other was an out of control drive where he lost the ball out of bounds when they were down two with just a few seconds to go.
You can definitely tell he's grown into one of the leaders on that team but he hurt them in crunch time last night. Sounds like they may have a shot at the NIT still.
Sam got a Summer League invite to the Boston Celtics
