Dont know much about Idaho media, but it appears they are the largest newspaper in the state of Idaho. I don't see anything negative about it

There is nothing negative about the article. NDSU has any number of supporters for an addition to the MW. It may well happen. The Idaho Statesman is a reputable paper. Normally, they just write about how much they want Boise State to leave the MW.
