You got that right... from an article published Sunday morning.
“I’ll tell you, he is a steely-eyed missile man,” Irsay said of Ryan. “I’ve been around a lot of leaders and I’d put him right up there with Peyton Manning. A really outstanding, tough guy who doesn’t back down. Often the best in fourth quarter and you don’t ever want to count out Matt Ryan. He’s a winner, he’s a fighter and our team is taking on that temperament around him, which is exciting. More will be revealed, no question about it. But we’re encouraged, we really are.”
Irsay thinks the Colts should expect to be hosting a playoff game in January.
“I believe we’re playing ourselves into being an outstanding team,” Irsay said. “And I think we can be the best team in the division. We just have to go and prove it.”
If it flies it dies.
Long for the days of freezing in the south stands of Dacotah Field.

I wouldn't say nothing. He did have some untimely turnovers and was absolutely horrible the last week at Jacksonville. Fans turned on him early and I'm not sure they ever recovered. The fact several players tested positive during those last 3 weeks (including Carson) and missed time likely contributed to their performance. And Carson's "leadership" on COVID was probably blamed.

Colin Cowheard was discussing NFL owners yesterday and how they shouldn't be involved. Story was Jimmy Johnson said Jerry Jones was fine the first 3 years as Jerry focused on the business side and building the brand. Once they started winning on the field, Jerry had to be involved and wouldn't allow Jimmy to have the success by himself.
Many great companies you know who the owner is, but the good owners will let the managers manage...
