Well it’s working. Incidence of heart disease fell something like 20 percent in the first 15 years of the millennium.

Good start doing it whenever you're ill. Make sure you do it before you're contagious too by the way not when symptoms start showing as Covid showed us that you're a spreader before you have symptoms.

Yes I'm messing with you and of course I knew they spent billions over the years on research but yet they cannot explicitly show us how to avoid heat problems you can keep it at bay for a few years by being healthy but even healthy people can get stricken!
