I cheer for him too. Maybe it's not that he can't lead it's that the Colts felt he lead in the wrong direction. He took a stance at the beginning of the season by the looks of things on hardknocks a lot of teammates followed suit. Those decisions had a huge part of the team in quarantine for the end of season run. That's what the people at the Colts are looking at. And no we don't need to discuss the actual decision. If Carson and the Colts are so smart I'm sure they had a closed door meeting with a trusted medical professional about the decision and that decision is theirs alone to make.
