    Great read, Tony. Buck was a classic. Mudra brought him in
    with that amazing staff. He used to get down with his lineman.
    He was usually bloodier than them after practice. I was in school back then.
    Bringing in Mudra and his group was just like UNM in 74, 75.

    Makes no difference how well they played against us.
    Sometimes I imagine that they played just fine but NDSU dominates the other facets of the game so much that the guy can't shine.

    One for the old guys. Didn’t Brian Shay RB for Emporia state run wild on the Bison in around 97 or 98. They upset the Bison that day and Shay ran for around 200 yards and ended up winning the Harlon Hill award.

    Is "Lights-Out" O'Shaughnessy from ISU-red on the list somewhere? He was a really good player until the incident.

    Andrew Van Ginkel - USD (1 year) - has been pretty good for Miami lately / MVC freshman of year.
    2008 James Ruffin, DE, Northern Iowa - (two time MVC defensive player of the year)
    Chris Prosinski -Safety - Wyoming - played in NFL for 8 seasons
    Christian Rosenbloom - SDSU - LB.
    J.J. Wilcox - Georgia Southern Safety - played 77 games in NFL
    James O'Shaughnessy - Illinois State - 7 years in the NFL
    Chris Gocong - LB - CalPoly - drafted 3rd / 5 years in league.
