In practice if subgroups are working on such things, asst coaches split up often and direct those groups, so then get to the game and Richman has the say on what’s going on in the game - so they practice it, then Richman says “my way” come game time, meaning- launch, don’t rebound, let them get to the hoop, don’t worry about free throw percentages, ball control isn’t a concern, time-outs are a waste, non conference is a non matter,

Well, I’m not a great BB mind so I’m not making up what I said.

That’s what I saw, and, to be honest, the players were really getting after it/were aggressive.

And, yes, it was assistants running the drills, with Richman standing in the middle of the court “watching” with his keen eye for “great” BB!!

Is anyone else embarrassed how excited the team is tonight? A good high school team would beat Northland. Chest bumping like they are beating Duke. I for one am extremely embarrassed for them. And Richman back to running the throw the ball around perimeter. Looks the team has finally figured out they are a foot taller then the other team and are taking it to the hoop. Enjoy this game fellas
