I disagree with the second sentence, FWIW. That's all that matters at our level - FB prowess. I like our CV

Overall it was a good read and at least one of the contributors laid out a fairly lengthy(in relation to the article) case for why NDSU could very well end up in the BIG XII.

FBS or bust, I know many many people that plan to only tailgate. Financials will show this year more than any. Lots of people lost interest after having a year off and found other things to do, they would come back for a new challenge. Its sad but true, what is going on now is probably the best chance ever if NDSU is serious, if they stay in FCS they better be willing to drop prices on fees and tickets, people will not pay FBS prices for FCS..DII quality

If our administration doesn't pursue and successfully get into FBS (I've previously said it may well be too late), then they need to redirect funds to basketball. We cannot be a "football" school in the crap that is FCS when all the energy is in FBS. If we want to stay FCS, fine. Then at least properly fund the BB program (with appropriate personnel changes as necessary) so that we can become something of a Wichita State of the north.

Must be. I haven't really gone out looking for news on the realignment stuff because it will all change 100 times or more before the dust settles. I just happen to notice this headline today and hadn't seen it before.
