This is the first time for me looking at an NFL schedule this year.

October 24th, Sunday Night Football will be the Colts @ the 49'ers. I may have to try to go to that game.

Gonna head to SF for sure for the Bison Bowl. Anyone been to this stadium yet? Gonna have to get a Napa trip included for the wife to smooth this over. It doable to stay In Santa Clara and get to Napa down and back in a day?
Also just got tickets Colts/Vikings for the preseason game right behind Colts bench Row 1

I certainly wouldn't do that. If you're doing Napa correctly, you probably shouldn't drive 2+ hours in traffic to get to the south bay. Also, Napa probably shouldn't be a day trip anyway. If you're actually worried about the optics with your wife, get to Napa and stay a minimum of 2 nights with your big wine tasting day in between. Then plan your crazy Bay Area activities outside of that time.

By the way, that sounds like an awesome trip. If you're a wine drinker, you can easily be satisfied with a week in Napa.

Cool for Carson but I'm bummed I won't be working the race. I'm the clock operator for the Spring League (check out on Fox at 2p CT) so i have to be there. Maybe he'll come back for the 500! Pick it...let him know if he plans to be around beyond Saturday to look for another NoDak.

I'm partial to Sonoma County myself. Lived in Healdsburg. The Russian River Valley, Dry Creek Valley, and Alexander Valley produce some of the best wines you'll find. Napa is great, but more upscale and polished. Sonoma Cty still has a "country" feel to it.

There's a saying with the locals, "Napa makes auto parts. Sonoma makes great wine."
