I don’t know how to feel about this. I am mixed. At the end of the day it is not my decision though...
Yeah, I have conflicting feelings on this too. No doubt his reasons for leaving are good opportunities for him. But what about the 'Team' concept? Shouldn't a person fulfill their obligation to the team first, and then move on?

Whoa, still living in the last century ???? The current mantra is : it's all about ME ............... Team first ? That's so 10 years ago.

He is graduating. Played as a true fresh in the championship. Obligation fulfilled. Being a better dad and a better man is the purpose of coaching. Winning is a bi product if that. Wish him luck

Regular fall season his eligibility would be gone by now. Nothing but respect for Mr. Hayes and wish him and his family the best.
