I checked its 89.95 a year. Espn + is 49.95 a year.

Highly doubt it, my understanding is that ESPN+ is only available through the ESPN app or the ESPN website.

That would most likely be correct, if you click the link from the GoBison website it'll take you to the ESPN+ page to stream and you'll need to have an ESPN+ subscription to watch.
