And guess what...Mississippi State is going to use Mike Leach's experience from Texas Tech and Washington State in order to recruit skill position players.
Let's assume NDSU was in the MAC or MWC, Klieman was still going to leave for a P5 job if he had an opportunity just like Boise's coaches have done.
I'm sure kids are happy to listen to NDSU's coaches talk about some of the success stories that come out of Fargo, but NDSU magically being in FBS does nothing to prevent coaches who leave from receiving dividends from their time in Fargo.
