We can't get out of this pud division soon enough. I hope this gets NDSU's administration pushing hard to get NDSU to FBS and hopefully the big wig backers are on board. #B12ORBUST

Montana needs to just drop football they suck at it. It's not going to get any better and they are embarrassing when they play anyone with an above .500 record

If we concentrated on the really important stuff in life, there'd be a shortage of fishing poles"
When you play football, you gotta like the taste of blood, And 50 percent of the time, it's your blood.

Go get whatever games they can get. FBS, High FCS. And more FBS. Teams still want to play.
Run the damn ball!! PRO FBS
This! D2, D3, NAIA, and now most of the FCS are pulling the plug on football because it's expensive. Yes, Covid 19 is part of the discussion, but is not the deciding factor in most of these cases. If we can get a D1 schedule lined up and the team wants to play (let them vote on it) then let's do this.
Will there be any schools that football doesn't survive COVID? Once a season goes by, they learn they can live without it?

And the reason the schools still considering playing are doing it is the revenue side.
NDSU makes serious money off of football which floats the rest of the department. Unlike most schools where other sources do.
One school looks at this as an opportunity to cut costs another sees it as eliminating revenue. This makes it an easy decision for the former, hard one for the latter and why we've schools of certain type make decisions already.
