-3 after 14 holes and -8 for the tourney. Currently tied for 15th.
Here is an example of just one of the many many players in both men’s and women’s golf who continue to plod on with nothing like the success that Amy has already had. They persevere for that one breakthrough. Or for a couple of smaller successes that might allow them to hang on until the life changing event or just the consistency to make a living playing the game they love regardless of the odds. It's a dream that is an especially bitter one to have to set aside, whether 20, 30, 40, 50 or 60 years old or more. Like I have said many times, Amy is gonna be just fine, and she is real close at just 25 years old. Go Amy! Go Bison!! Amy closed with a 5 under round to finish 10 under par, currently tied for 7th.
Good job by Amy. She would like to have Friday’s round back but she did comeback strong. Going to be a fine payday.
Agreed. She has been placing high in the last few tourneys. Tied for 10th in this one.

The three or four strokes better she could easily have been if not for Friday’s hiccups cost her about $40k Pucknut, but as smart as she is and being a CPA, there's no doubt that she is carrying the lessons forward from each one of these experiences. There was a stretch back there where a second round like that would have taken her out contention, but now she battles back to a top 10 finish. With 17 cuts in a row under her belt, she can enjoy a well earned week off with Grant and family and friends! Happy Memorial Day to you and to all of Bisonville!

Amy has a hard earned week off leaving only Dakota girl Kim Kaufman competing in the US Open. Here’s to a great foray this week for Kim carrying the Dakotas banner!
