One is from my old high school (parshall) and there is another from my "new" home of Hillsboro. Both Class B.

Hillsboro girls track has been remarkable lately. 7 in a row state champions in xcountry. Think they've won state a few times in track too now. All without a track to train on, until last summer/fall.

Sent by my phone on a bullet train from Hillsboro.

Based on 200m results ... lots of wind today (Friday, 5/11) in Tulsa at the conference T & F Championship. Temps were in the mid-80s, which are great temps for most events, but wind was 12-16 mph during 200m races - I assume windy all day. Times as a result were slower than what I would have expected.

Yep! If he can continue to throw like this at Nationals he has a great chance at being NCAA Champion!

Quite a finish in the women's division.

By winning the 4 X 400 Meter Relay, NDSU ekes out a team title SHARE with South Dakota. Each team scored 263 points.

USD took 3rd in that relay by just .66 seconds over 4th place SDSU. Dang rabbits threw the race!

A ND Class B athlete on the men's team, Austin Schmidt, won the JAVELIN yesterday throwing 212' 10".
