Here - hope to get this thread back on track: "Injured Eagles quarterback Carson Wentz hasn’t been forgotten"
FTA: Every now and then during the playoffs, a television camera caught quarterback Carson Wentz on the Eagles’ sideline.
There were times he looked somewhat sad but mostly he was smiling and supporting his teammates. He was shown walking with crutches in his first games after surgery to repair the ACL he tore Dec. 10 in Los Angeles. Recently, he’s been seen with a cane.
So that’s a good sign that Wentz’s rehab is progressing quite nicely and maybe he will be able to return to start the first game of the 2018 season.

"Even Sidelined, Carson Wentz Still Amazes" FTA:After the Eagles celebrated their win in the NFC Championship Game, Carson Wentz limped off the field at Lincoln Financial Field with the help of a cane. He wore an Eagles NFC champions hat, T-shirt and a giant smile.
Wentz didn't get to play Sunday night, but he still played a huge role in the Eagles' getting to the Super Bowl.
SNIP: During Sunday's NFC Championship Game, Wentz was on the sideline but part of him was on the field. The second touchdown pass to Alshon Jeffery came on a play Wentz brought with him from North Dakota State.

"Carson Wentz, Doug Pederson Take Home Awards" FTA: The only award or trophy the Eagles are interested in right now will be up for grabs in Minnesota in less than two weeks, but when you're a 13-3 team in the Super Bowl, other honors are going to come too.
Despite missing the last three games of the regular season, Eagles quarterback Carson Wentz has been named the Bert Bell Pro Player of the Year by the Maxwell Football Club.

"Carson Wentz better off if he had more than ACL damage" FTA: Additional evidence surfacing ignites suspicion that Carson Wentz has more than just an ACL tear.
Wentz was seen on the sidelines with a crutch and has now progressed to a cane, but he remains in a long post-operative brace, which appears to be purposefully locked to prevent knee motion.

"QB Josh Allen will be Senior Bowl’s most scrutinized player since Carson Wentz" FTA: This much is evident with NFL personnel evaluators about Allen, who will be the most-watched player at the Senior Bowl since Carson Wentz played in the game two years ago. Like Wentz, there is great curiosity. Unlike Wentz, the underlying doubts about Allen are not largely centered on his level of competition in college. That’s why Allen is by far the player with more to gain or lose than anyone else in Mobile. Maybe even to the point of propelling himself to the No. 1 overall pick in the draft.
