Kolpack’s article on Jadyn Ewing:
http://www.inforum.com/sports/footba...oining-programWatford City's Jaydn Ewing (87) has signed with North Dakota State for football, but is going on a church mission before joining the program.
The 6-foot-3, 231-pound Ewing is going on an Latter-day Saints (LDS) church mission with his destination anywhere in the world. He'll find out in the next couple months where he's going.
"It's kind of been a goal my whole life, to do a mission and play college football," Ewing said.
That path is common for players at schools like Brigham Young or Southern Utah, which are situated in a Mormon-based part of the country. It was something new for the NDSU coaches, however, who had to do a little research before going all-in on Ewing..........
So his dad's name is JR Ewing and he works in the oil industry? That'w awesome.
