The Andre example didn't work out too well for you. The "character issue" for me isn't that Adams left EWU, it is that he is a diva. I can't imagine he ever put any of his teammates first.

I think the teams yeah, obviously he was wowed by the sell job they did. But the fact he could actually walk away from his teammates who all worked their ass off with him for 4 years speaks to bad character. And given his low draft stock, apparently all the NFL GM'S feel the same way. It's ironic that Wentz did the total opposite.

Goff left his teammates to pursue the NFL. VA left EWU to pursue the FBS. Same shit. Goff is going #1 overall, IMO, #2 as a floor. The NFL doesn't care that VA left EWU.

The reason VA is a low draft pick is because he's 5'11 and produced all of his numbers in a spread system. His game will most likely not translate to the NFL.

VA did nothing but help his stock by producing at Oregon. It was clear it was a different team with him at the helm, that's all he needed to do. Another year of video game numbers and a quarterfinal finish at EWU would have done nothing for him. Oregon needed him just as bad as he wanted Oregon.
