Just saw a Wentz interview on ESPN... preceded by highlights of Bison games. Outstanding. He's a good ambassador for the state too (he got asked what people should do when they visit Bismarck.)

I didn't even watch as I am not wasting my time on some of these people as they are so clueless. Do they not realize that Vernon Adams jumped straight to the FBS with almost no practice time and did extremely well even with an injured hand. Shoot he would have had an unreal season if not for that injury. Seems like there wasn't much of a jump at all from FCS to FBS.

I'm sure most think the Wentz buzz is all media created and started at the Senior bowl, and they don't realize he has been on the NFL radar for over a year with scouts attending games over the past two seasons.

One thing that I have been amazed about through this whole Wentz/draft thing is how many "experts" there are and that they act like people should really take them serious because they know what they are talking about. I get the feeling that this guy would not be opposed to only drafting FBS players and just limiting FCS players to free agent contracts til they prove themselves.

He does have an interestingly shaped head. I couldn't take my eyes off it as it shifted and caught the glare. And, at least he moved out of mom's basement into the attic during the cooler winter months.

A coworker was driving by Century High School yesterday and claimed to have seen an ESPN vehicle outside.
