Too bad Lennon didn't go back to UND when the Muss got canned. Bubba is showing that even Lennon could win games in the Big Fluffy. The MVFC was just too much for Lennon, obviously.

From what I've read here, and from Lennon's comments, sure sounds like he was struggling recruiting. Not sure how Kill did it there, but Lennon never seemed to have same level of talent as NDSU.

I don't think Lennon's humble demeanor worked in that recruiting footprint. I believe Tatanka has explained this at one point...can't remember if it was here or at tailgating.

Yep, I was thinking of Tatanka's comments when I wrote that. I also remember El Chapo saying things, but you never know half of what to believe from him considering his even more irrational hatred of El Forko Grande than me.....
