exactly. As an institution, their actions are pretty sophomoric, and i would hope ndsu would have acted differently if their roles were reversed.

I mentioned this on her long ago, but I'd love to see NDSU Blue Key take up this issue if they have not already since they own 1/2 of it. They should send official letters to Faison and Kelly asking to meet about the issue and trying calling so they know they are serious. If no response, as NDSU Pres to contact them on their behalf expressing a desire to work it out. If no response, get a lawyer.

Honestly, this is not complicated. It belongs in the Bismarck Heritage Museum. I can't even see why this would be controversial.

To be honest and give credit where credit is due, This has been good for the state..... At least with all the attention the Grand Forks Harold has given to "THE" game, it has taken the spotlight off of the drunk, pedophilia profs The University of North Dakota (UND) has working for them. The last few weeks have not been good for UND with the child pron and profs drinking issues and all.
