One of the most recent resignations came from Associate Executive Director Sherri Schmidt, who'd been with the organizations for more than 20 years.Alumni Association Board Chairman Scott Handy says seven or eight employees have resigned or retired over the past several months. He says President and CEO Doug Mayo needed to bring the groups to the Division-1 level and some of the employees may not have been able to adapt. He says he has full confidence in Mayo.
