I'm sorry, I meant the BCS teams! I still struggle with the new system.

Sounds like some good talent on the way. I do hope they get at least 1 QB so that we can start grooming someone for the post Mertens days.

Holy Crap. I provided some news about a kid the Bison were recruiting in the "Recruiting Radar" thread and in turn the thread becomes smack.

Bisonhusker you need to take it easy, you attack SDSU every chance you get. Are you really that upset that the best MBB team NDSU has had in twenty years (maybe longer) is only middle of the pack summit league? Don't worry, I'm sure Carlson will answer all your prayers next year. We have heard he is a scoring machine, right? Just like Twiedt was going to replace Andre Smith without much drop off this year...he was "giving Smith fits in practice" all last year remember. How did that end up working out?

Why are you talking basketball in the recruiting radar? Take it to another forum unless your talking who's on the radar for the Bison football team!

I believe Mr. Kramer is one of the secrets the Bison have had the last few years. He is why you can take less heralded recruits ( the ones that don't go FBS) and helps turn them into a team that can beat the FBS teams!
Whats beating an FCS have anything to do with not being able to teach speed? A great football mind would understand you can always teach the fudamentals. You can't teach someone to have breakaway speed and potentially be able to take any play to the house. Mr. Kramer can't teach someone to run a 4.4 40 if they only run a 4.7, either you have it or you don't.

That's what I tried to do, and then a couple posters turned the post into smack about SDSU. I provided information about a recruit that was planning to visit NDSU and signed elsewhere, and then got trashed.

Trust me the Bison coaches weren't that hot on any TE's this year. We don't need any TE's because we have a ton of them on the team. The only TE we'd like is one that we could make into a damn good DE.

I won't respond anymore in respect for the previous posters request to not talk bball in the fball forum. If you want to discuss bball further, i would be happy to talk about how NDSU only has one more summit league win than SDSU even though a lot of the bison fans on this forum expected they would win the conference this year. And about how SDSU is not very good either.

Point taken. I just noticed in the article that NDSU was going to bring him in on an official visit so I thought I would point that out. I didn't think SDSU was either and it has been reported that we signed two and are looking hard at one more in WI. We have had some history of turning big and athletic TE's into very good offensive linemen though so that could be our reason.
