You want to know why? Because if we offer, everyone and their mom is on the kid from day one. There are alot of politics in these things. Maybe even an under the radar offer. Kids get educated. Our offers are different. Oh....NDSU offered? Maybe we should get up there and work him out.....

All part of recruiting. Lot of examples of it going both ways.

Agree with this. If PJ Fleck and Co. are in Casselton already, Iowa, Iowa State, Nebraska, and Kleiman will be sniffing around soon regardless of what NDSU does; however, I trust Polasek's judgement.

On the flip side we could offer all the South Dakota kids, just to attract Nebraska or drive up the price of a scholarship

unfortunately NDSU admin/staff/whomever this is applicable to STILL HAS THAT SMALL TIME MENTALITY. NDSU SHOULD BE GETTING CONSISTENT OFFERS TO 3-4 STAR REGIONAL KIDS.

Of COURSE Local FARGO kids with FBS offers should be Priority #1 for NDSU and I know they are talking to this kid, so relax for a bit.

if NDSU was FBS right now (which it should FFS!) NDSU would be destroying Recruiting Regionally.

Wisc/Iowa/Minn is 1-2-3
NDSU would easily be 4th far and away.

Terwilliger from Pierre?? Yeah...him and everyone else. He's already visited Alabama, Georgia, etc. You name it. This kid is not a secret. There's a lot of truth to Burgandy's statement, but with 7v7 and coaching networks...it only takes one offer and the vultures swarm (its not just in Fargo where that happens).

I reffed the Central Cass vs. Thompson football game this year. Polasek was there along with another coach. Was standing on the sideline away from the crowd. He was very visible to all in attendance. Ya'll need to chill out.
