Yea, some smart people broke it down. All done with mirrors and lights. People smarter than me know how it is done. Something about the food, boarding and other things pay for it directly or indirectly. And then they only pay the "free" part of the tuition when the scholarships, Pell grants and so forth are factored in.

At least there is a MAT bus with an NDSU wrap for advertising. Back in the 1990s my friend's mom was a MAT bus driver and she had a fake patch that was Fargo Area Rapid Transit instead of Metro Area Transit.

This year NDSU has the largest in-person student population in the North Dakota University System, with 97% of students pursuing in-person programs.

Helped the kid move into Pavek for his freshman year and then ate at the dining center. A lot nicer than I remember when I went there.
