Countdown To The End Of The Transition

As soon as Midnight struck on July 1, 2007 and as we became official Summit League members, it means the last year of our transition to NCAA Division I. I have personally been waiting for July 1, 2008 for a VERY LONG time now, and I wanted to start a countdown thread to the stroke of midnight on 7/1/08, when we become official FULL-FLEDGED members of Division I.

Because there is a leap day this upcoming February, there is technically 366 days now until that fateful day.

So I want to start out the countdown at 366 days!! If no one else updates the countdown, I'll be happy to contribute to the thread daily.

I had a plan to celebrate the Summit Conference at midnight, but to be honest with you I could not find the Summit Beer that I brought to open. Of course that was because someone had moved it to a different one of the 10 coolers, and there was just about 200 beer samples between the 10 coolers.
