Private Message Issue

[SDbison]

I am still having problems sending out PM's. I can receive them but cannot send them. I have tried several times during the past week and keep getting this error message:
"This forum requires that you wait 60 seconds between sending private messages. Please try again in 3116334180 seconds."
I know at least one other person on this message board has this same issue. Anyone else?
BTW, 3116334180 seconds is a little over 98 years.......I cannot wait that long!

I think somebody had it.

I'm not sure how they are coming up with the time for your last PM but if the number of seconds is that high, it must be coming up with a date in the future. Can you see dates and times on your "Sent" PMs?

You probably could have gotten rid of the message by deleting all your sent posts, but I've gone ahead and disabled the "flood control."

Looks like PM is now working for me since a test message to BisonBabe may have gone through.

PMs are working for SDBison because I turned off a security feature. We'll have to see if that comes back and bites us.
