Wisconsin did the same thing twice against Penn State earlier today. The NCAA changed the rules so that the clock now starts when the ball is kicked instead of when the receiving team touches the ball. So you can now run several seconds off the clock while the ball is in the air. It's the smart thing to to do anytime you're kicking off with just a few seconds remaining - don't give the other team a chance.

I think that the might rethink that rule change for next year!
