Husky Dome Classic
Congratulations to the Bison. Both Bison teams playing without subs and outstanding goal keeping by Body and Ramaeker, captured both the 1st and 2nd place in the Husky Dome tournament. Both teams disadvantaged somewhat in the semifinals facing a combined MSU twelve player roster with the other Bison women pitted against a fresh Aberdeen squad who, finding their two teams playing each other in the quarter-finals, forfeited the game insuring a fresher team going into the semi-finals. Both Bison squads showed outstanding character in each of their matches winning 2-0 and 1-0 respectively. Cuadrado, Ross and Jewett showed tremendous class walking away from what would have pitted the two squads against each other for the championship, instead sharing first and second place as a team.
Outstanding performances all around.
