    Default Bison Women dump...ho-hum..Dickinson St

Bison knocked off Dickinson State by 50 points. I guess that is to be expected. The nice surprise is that in a backup center role, Brandee Gibbs notched 13 points, 14 boards, and 7 blocked shots. Granted, this was playing against players 5-6 inches shorter but it's nice to see her get some decent time in after all that she has gone through injury wise.

Dani Heintzelman, backup PF, scored 20 points and pulled down 11 boards to lead the Bison. No one else scored in double figures but Amy didn't play anyone for extended periods of time. Lisa Bue, Brenda Slyt, and Liz Preller played for the frosh class with Bue scoring 7 points.

There's going to be a lot of these games this year. It will give everyone some playing experience that will be helpful in a couple years when the schedule gets a lot harder.

Did I read the stats correctly, 77 rebounds for the Bison women?

It doesn't hurt when you have 3+ inches on each opponent.

When I was watching the game I was wondering what Ruley was thinking about.
