    Default Gopher Women HOOPLA preview

Infromative thread from the Minnesota Board regarding this year's Gopher Women's team. As they are on our schedule this year, I posted a link:

While there are tempered expectations regarding this year's Gopher women's team, these accounts are astutely composed with the realization that this team has a lot of growing to do but the potential is great.

    Default Bison Starting Line-up

    According to the Forum:

pg: Emily Moran to be backed up by sr. Amanda Giordat and Inger Hodgson
sg: Lisa Bue to be backed up by ?

None of the other starting positions have been established but top candidates are:

sg/sf: The Sisters Dahlen, Brenda Slyt, Jackie Sanden and Megan Shea
pf/c: Dani Heintzelman, Ali Sonstelie, Jenna Lemnus, Jerri Penley, Georgia Popovici...Frosh Jill Zaruba was playing well but has an ankle sprain. NCAA hasn't decided if Colorado State transfer Annika Walseth is eligible. Having her avaialble would be huge.
