    Default Super Bowl ads

For those of us from North Dakota, you have to appreciate the humor in the Mustang convertible ad during the pre-game show.

Sure looked like they filmed that just outside of Fargo, didn't it?

The license plates almost looked like ND ones, as well. The lack of elevation and absence of trees sure made it look like ND.

Almost like it was filmed just outside Carrington, or someplace like that.

The only thing not realistic in the ad was that stoplight out in the middle of nowhere.

I thought is was great. A definite take-off on the movie Fargo. The best commercial of the day.

I was watching the SuperBowl with some friends last night (in Iowa) and the first thing one of the guys said was "that looks like the movie Fargo." I thought it was pretty funny.

Of course, the NBC news opening shot of Fargo when the Prez. was in town was a sign at the city limits with nothing but snow and a few trees in sight. I'm surprised they didn't stop at the tractor crossing signs on 19th Ave. ;D

I was in a sports bar in Houston and nearly fell out of my chair laughing at the locals who didn't quite understand the snow. I hope they were intoxicated because they were swearing up and down that it looked like sand, and why would that make the guy freeze like that.
