    Default The Economist

The May 7th edition of The Economist had an article on North Dakota complete with a photo of New Salem Sue saying that things are looking up. They listed Fargo as the center of it all but unfortunatley didn't mention NDSU. Pretty nice article overall. It mentions that downtown has a restaurant that "is based vaguely on Berkeley's Chez Panisse." Heck if I know what that means (not even sure which restaurant they're talking about), but it sure is odd to hear Fargo compared to Berkeley in any way.

I'm guessing it's the HoDo restaurant that's getting the comparison, due to both having an emphasis on high quality, organically grown, and locally (as much as possible) grown food.

Apparently, you can access premium content from The Economist by watching a short advertisement...

    The article is pretty good.
