Just a note that AMERICAN Legion baseball WORLD SERIES will be played at NEWMAN FIELD. Gearge Ellis former NDSU sid in running the tourney. It should be fun having the teams back in FARGO.

It was great when it was here before. But now we can show off NEWMAN FIELD. I don't know if they will use JACK WILLIAMS for any games.

The series should have some good local flavor (well, from MN anyway). The 2002 nationl runner up was Excelsior, MN; the 2003 National Champion (only team to go undefeated through entire post season) was from Rochester, MN; and Eden Prairie, MN had a team in the series a year of two ago.
