Wrestling/Gophers

Though I know there are few avid wrestling fans on this site, I just learned (though the news is dated), that two ND wrestlers signed letters of intent with the Gophers.

The first, Brendan Flynn is from my home town of Devils Lake, and the other, Lang, from Bismarck. *I was hoping that Flynn would make his way to NDSU, but I guess it wasn't in the cards.

If two guys from North Dakota can make the Gopher squad, a perennial national title contender, there are enough in this state, not to mention MN/SD/IA, for us.

Now we need to schedule the Gopher's in Fargo.

oh totally...i watched that lang kid wrestle at the state meet in the dome...probably one of the best ever to come out of north dakota.
