I don't think it is that slow. I know that the e-griz site is more established and has more members so it might seem that it is slow in comparison. By the way, there is a new article in the Fargo Forum about Terry Allen, a possible coaching canidate, the old Northern Iowa coach. Did N. Iowa ever play Montana in the 80s and early 90s and how did they fair? I think I agree with the article. He is the best coach and if he wants the job it is his to take.

e-Griz, if you look under the "football" topic you will find quite a bit of chatter concerning the head coaching search. There is also a lot of information in the columns and message board on bisoninsider.com

Getting a coach doesn't have much to do with the DI decision - you've gotta go to the Football topic on this BB or Bison Insiders. This is the third time we've talked about this too (people wanted Bob fired, Bob applies to Tulsa, and Bob gets an NFL job).

Didn't Montana have their new coach named within one week after Glenn left? North Dakotans must seem awfully slow moving to you guys.

I laughed out loud at Paulson's post too. I knew him way back when and that sounds exactly like him (and besides, who would try and pose as Dan Paulson? )

You see, we deem the hiring of a "football" coach a "football" topic of discussion and not a "DI Decision" topic so the discussion is in the "Football" section of the board. Kind of weird, huh?
