I can’t love this enough! Blanc has been thru the storm and prevailed. Even on this page there was so much negativity surrounding the program. Around the halfway point this year you could see the change in this team. The mindsets changed and the small achievements were increasingly noticeable. I think the future trajectory is going to continue to go up.

Yep! What happened this year is what I was hoping for next year. What Drexler and Brenot did is going to make the entire room more confident in the process and believe that they can do it too. It is kinda funny that all the negative Nellie’s are kinda quiet about Obe now. I said it when Kish burned the place on the way out the door and I’ll say it again. Patience is a virtue and Obe obviously has a ton of it.

I just saw the 3rd period and OT of Drexler's match. Anyone see it all? Curious if that kid stalled that much the entire time or just the last couple minutes.

It was worse at the end of the match.

Drexler got the first takedown but gave up two reversals and spent about half the match on bottom. Alvarez rode tough and was working for turns at times.
