My two names to watch for OL coach are current Montana OL coach Joe Pawlak. Has connections to Polasek during their time at NIU and Iowa. Second name, Dylan Chmura, current OL coach at Tennessee St. Crossed paths with Polasek as an assistant at Iowa.
