This could be a great location! I don't know that Nashville can embrace it the same way Plano/Frisco does, but it could still be a great event. It's also much closer for me a 4.5-hour drive, and I have family in Nashville.
As I've told everyone, the NCAA doesn't just book a stadium and plan an event there. They need a local sports organization to submit a bid. Until now, nobody has submitted a competitive bid.
An interesting point in the article though is they said the NCAA was looking for a larger stadium in their latest request for bids. That will make it much harder for Frisco to get it after this year. Curious to see what other cities may have bid on it.

The average temps in Nashville in early January are about 7-8 degrees cooler than Frisco, but still good football weather.
It's OK to not be OK.
Just go FBS so we can go to a new location every so often...
Lainey Wilson halftime show with jelly roll eh!!!
You son of a bitch I'm in.
I walked by that stadium, no idea if there's enough room for tailgating. Several hotels close by. It isnt that far from downtown.
