NDSU had some pictures of the updates here:

Anybody know if there is a construction webcam address that can be shared?
Ground prep for skyway supports by the FLC were going in last week....

I was out to campus again today and OMG that Engineering Complex is progressing at a staggering pace. The Fargo Forum article on all the construction projects makes my heart sing as I LOVE construction.

So much more than those too. Roers is building an 88 unit apartment project on 12th Ave called the Skyline. It's targeting students. Also the downtown campus gets a boost with a parking ramp, apartments and the new FMCT https://www.inforum.com/news/fargo/c...ew-development

The one I wish they Foundation would work on is the block across the street from the new football IPF

Agree - a little rough around the edges but lots of potential.

Also HERDBOT since you know everything - what is the deal with the old Twin City Army Store (VACANT across from the City Bus depot) as well as Romantix porn shop? I emailed the Mayor, that was a hell of a welcome to Fargo with such trashy buildings. No reply, he usually does reply to Fargo's biggest fan, but he is busy.

    This article explains it
    https://www.inforum.com/news/fargo/r...argos-skid-row

The fact they zoned out sex shops and strip clubs is the reason it will never get redeveloped. They can't move.

Agree that spot would be a primo location for something nice and it gives a bad first impression of the city
