I agree. There are four or five InForum/WDAY sports people that are all over everything NDSU, but instead they're going to just let the guy form Grand Forks handle it because they "share resources"? That doesn't seem right to me at all...

They were an above-average team for non-scholarship, I preferred someone with more credentials than him. Still, I think this means Coach P might be doing a lot of play designing and helping Coach Landry.

I'm not defending the hire but I'll just point out that back in 2019 the powercat nation was expressing similar feelings when Chris Klieman was hired in Manhattan.

Landry is not Caruso but his stint as UST exposed him to a program that knows how to play football and sure as hell knows how to win. To quote CK from 2019: "football is football."
