    He needs to move out to move up. This will be good for Roehl to show he can have success somewhere else and reset his power base when the time is right to come back.

    Best of luck to him. Probably needs to get some experience elsewhere. Will be good to have to play more games where his team isn't head and shoulders better than the other team.

    I think this is probably good for both sides. Tyler needs to see football outside of NDSU and if you are restructuring the coaching staff might as well not stop at half measures.

    Tyler has done all he can as OC. If his goal is to be a head coach, he needs to get outside the area to learn how other teams operate and network. I think the odds of Eddie George staying long term is slim so he could maybe be a head coaching candidate.

    No disrespect but I think some fresh blood could actually be good. Some new perspective can help with tendencies
