    Even though there are a lot of schools the coaching fraternity is small. Everyone knows everybody and what they are doing. Getting noticed isnt a problem if youre doing a good job as a coach.

    Tennessee State has had quite a few commits since Roehl was hired. I have seen a couple of tightend type recruits as well. He is hitting the ground running.

    I dont expect the recruits and players to know the Intricacies of building a coaching resume--career path.

    Bingo, good luck to him, I hope it works out but there's no arguing that it's a major step down. Now if he would have gone to St Thomas...
