1st quarter was awful but it was mostly due to a lack of aggressiveness, KC is a very physical team and it took us a while to match it and be strong with the ball. First time I've really seen Abby K struggle a bit in a game but Avery Koenen played the best game of her career to this point so that was awesome to see. Found a way to win at home and that's what's most important, ugly game but a win is a win. A chance to get a weekend sweep and move to 3-0 in SL play tomorrow afternoon, pack the SHAC!!

Really enjoyed this game and the well coached hard playing effort by this team. Need to see more people at these home games! The taco in a bag is great and so was the Busch light!
