Could there be a NDSU/K-state connection in the next assistant?

I've been underwhelmed with our O-Line this year, more so early season and run-blocking. And to be honest I was anxious for a coach change without knowing anything about Dan Larson. And I still don't. But I did look him up on the GoBison page and he has a nice resume. He played D-line and coached and OC at a few schools. His degrees are in communication and education, so I take those as positives that he can be effective. I hope with the changes that have taken place we will see him coach the o-line up this year. And is our line a little bit smaller than it's been in the past?

Going backwards each of the past 3 years, not a good resume builder for a move up.

I thought TP already confirmed that the offensive staff is set...
This is not 'Nam. This is Bisonville. There are rules here.

When you don't know anything about football or coaching, you make statements like waiting for Turner or Haeg to retire. If those statements were true Tom Brady would be the highest paid head coach in the NFL, notwithstanding he has no experience.

From what I've read, their work ethic , especially Turner's, would hopefully rub off on their mentees. One would think that after 10 plus years of playing professional football on the offensive line that they would be able to impart aspects of the craft to players that would be beneficial to said players. Kind of the reverse of "Those who can, do and those who can't, teach"
